본자료는 농수산물유통공사 한식세계화팀에서 받은 내용입니다. 그동안 한식세계화에 대해서 많은 노력을 해왔는데 정보조사도 깔끔하게 해줬군요. 농수산물유통공사의 노고에 감사드립니다. 한식관련 해외시장 조사결과 요약 한식당 해외 진출현황(미국, 중국, 베트남) □ 한식당 수 : 미국 1,628개, 중국 2,032개, 베트남 206개 (기 조사 자료에 의하면 일본의 한식당은 약 4,000개) ○ 미국 내 한식당은 한국계 교포 및 유학생 밀집지역인 캘리포니아 677개, 뉴욕 193개, 뉴저지 101개, 일리노이 80개, 조지아 68개에 집중 분포 ○ 중국 내 한식당은 동부 81.3%, 중부 10.9%, 서부 7.8%로 상대적으로경제가 발전하고 대도시가 분포한 동부에 집중 ○ 베트남은 호치민 109개, 하노이 63개..
